Yves is responsible for Valad’s investor relations and capital engagement activities outside the UK and Europe, with particular emphasis on the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates. In this role, he leads the development and management of strategic relationships with sovereign investors, family offices, institutional partners and private capital sources across key international markets.

Drawing on deep experience in global capital markets and cross-border investment strategy, Yves articulates Valad’s investment propositions, market insights and sector strategies to a diverse international investor base. He works closely with senior leadership to align global capital engagement with Valad’s strategic growth priorities and to support institutional participation in the Group’s Living, residential and mixed-use platforms.

Yves’s focus is on fostering long-term, relationship-driven partnerships, enhancing Valad’s profile in core offshore markets, and facilitating capital flows that support disciplined execution of the Company’s investment objectives.
