Through his role at Sedulo, he works closely with Valad to advise on capital strategy, funding structures and transaction execution across the Group’s investment and development activities.

He brings cross-sector experience spanning real estate, green energy, FinTech and healthcare, with expertise in structured finance, credit enhancement mechanisms and institutional transaction advisory. His background includes working on large-scale infrastructure funding as well as high-growth investment platforms, combining technical financial capability with strategic insight.

John holds the Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), Advanced Financial Planning Certificate (AFPC) and the CII Certificate in Insurance (IF1). His approach is grounded in disciplined financial structuring, regulatory understanding and long-term relationship management, supporting Valad’s capital objectives across multiple investment strategies.
