Grant brings over 30 years’ experience in construction and project management, with extensive expertise in leading complex residential and mixed-use developments. With a foundation in Quantity Surveying and more than two decades in senior project leadership roles, he provides strong commercial oversight and structured programme management across large-scale schemes.

Within the Living sector, Grant is responsible for overseeing the progression of PBSA, Build-to-Rent and private residential projects, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, programme strategy and risk management. His role includes resource planning, consultant coordination, cost governance and maintaining disciplined control frameworks across multiple concurrent developments.

Having previously held senior leadership positions within established project management consultancies, Grant has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams, forecasting pipelines and implementing structured delivery processes. His approach combines strategic oversight with detailed commercial management, supporting the effective execution of Valad’s development pipeline.
